This Privacy Policy sets out how Mobile Data Books, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you use our mobile apps or our website (collectively, the “Services"). This policy applies to all of our Services.
Personal Information. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
We do not collect any personal information. Using the Services doesn’t require creating an account and sign-in credentials. You won’t be asked to submit any personal information to us in order to use the Services.
If you use an email link to contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your contact information and the contents of your communication. We will use the information in your email to respond to you and answer your questions.
The Services are not intended or designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly contact or communicate with any person under the age of 13. However, we have no way of knowing the exact age of any person who might contact us by email. If you believe we have inadvertently obtained such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove the information.
Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. Aggregated data is considered non‑personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect non-personal information. We use aggregated anonymous information collected by third-party services (such as Apple’s App Store or Google Analytics) about your use of our Services (for example, the number of times an app has been downloaded or accessed).
Location-Based Information. We do not collect or transmit location-based information and our mobile apps do not use location background mode.
Our apps contain functionality that can find the approximate geographical location of your device. We use this information solely to return the current estimated location of your device and to provide you with results based on that location. We do not track, transmit, save or share your location. You can disable location services on your device at any time. If you choose to disable the location-based services on your device, you will not be able to utilize certain features of our apps.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCATION DATA MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO LOCATION-BASED SERVICES.
Subscriptions/In-app Purchases. Payments for the Services are charged by Apple to your Apple iTunes Account. We do not have access to your Apple iTunes Account and do not receive records of your transactions with Apple.
California Privacy Disclosures. We do not collect information that identifies you to provide you with services that you request. We do not request information about whether our customers belong to a protected class. We do not create or store any biometric information. We do not collect information about your location, your senses (e.g. audio, visual information), your employment or education.
The California Consumer Privacy Act requires that we tell you whether we collect any personal information that is described in California Civil Code Section 1798.80(e). The Code section includes a broad variety of categories of personal information, such as name, contact information, physical characteristics, credit card or billing information, health or medical information, and more. We do not collect personal information described in Section 1798.80(e).

Cookies and Other Technologies. Currently, we do not use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons and we do not collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers.
Third-Party Links and Websites. Throughout the Services, we may link to the websites of other companies. These third-party websites may collect information about users on those websites, and this privacy policy does not extend to the external websites and third parties. Please refer directly to these third parties and websites regarding their privacy policies.
Changes to this Privacy Policy. This policy may be amended from time to time. You should check back for the most current version before relying on any of the provisions in this privacy policy. We will provide notice of material changes to the policy, either by posting a notice on our website or some other reasonable method.
