Property Reports and Property Lists are available with subscription to the Top Investor app and can be purchased in-app at additional costs per report/list. A single Property report is currently priced at $2.99. List prices are fixed, based on the number of properties in the selected list, starting as low as $11.99 for a list of up to 100 homes.

Purchased Property Reports and Property Lists will be exported to the Files app on your device. Files app is Apple’s default file management app where you can view, manage and share all your files across services like iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive. 

Property Reports on single properties will be exported in PDF format. Property Lists will be exported in Tab Separated Values (TSV) format. The content of the TSV files is separated into into rows and columns by tabs instead of commas, and can be exported into many spreadsheet file formats like CSV and XLS using spreadsheet applications.

 Available Property Lists

We use census tract as a proxy for neighborhood to deliver local property data, such as property & owner data, sale history, mortgage and more. Data is sourced from county and township tax, assessor and other recording offices and its availability and accuracy is dependent upon these sources.

Number Of Residential Properties: Houses, Condos, 2—4 Units. These Lists are based on the mix of property types in the area and show what property type dominates in the neighborhood.

Assessed Value Ranges. These Lists are based on the assessed value ranges of each type of properties in the area and show the prevailing property value range in the neighborhood.

Absentee Owned Homes. The list contains property & owner data on all homes in the neighborhood that are owned by absentee owners.

Homes With Paid Off Mortgage. The list contains property & owner data on all homes with paid off mortgage and shows how many higher equity homes are in the neighborhood.

Mortgages Close To The End Of Term. The list contains property & owner data on all homes in the neighborhood with mortgages that are close to the end of their term.

Recently Flipped Homes. The list contains property & owner data on all homes in the neighborhood that were flipped within the last two years.

Recently Sold (Last 12 Months). The list contains property & owner data on all homes in the neighborhood that were sold within the last twelve months.
